Is there a monthly fee?
Not from Texttive. You prepay a wallet and pay per message and per lookup. Number and carrier registration fees apply: $2.00/month per phone number and $10.00/month for 10DLC texting registration, plus one-time 10DLC registration fees of $49.00 brand registration ($5.00 for sole proprietors) and $15.00 campaign vetting. Toll-free numbers skip the 10DLC fees. Funds never expire.
Why do I need to register a brand?
US carriers require it for local numbers (10DLC). Unregistered traffic is filtered or blocked. Toll-free numbers use a lighter verification instead. We guide and file both.
How fast can I send?
Your account is reviewed within a business day. Toll-free verification usually takes one to three weeks; 10DLC brand and campaign approval one to seven days.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes, by CSV, and you confirm every contact has opted in. Anyone who replies STOP is blocked automatically until they opt back in.
Can I get a refund?
Unused wallet funds are refundable on request within 30 days of the top-up; see the refund policy. Messages accepted by a carrier are charged; messages that fail before that are refunded automatically.
Do you have an API?
Yes: send messages, run lookups, manage opt-outs and contacts, and receive signed webhooks.
